they love and care for their customers and we love them back. i know for a fact this starts from a management down effect. theirs is a kindness to calimesa and yucaipa customers i have never experienced before. not because they are paid to but because they are just kind. i am sickly and often difficult and the employees and casheirs and and bag persons go WAY out of their way to help me. that is the way of all the employees there. it is touching that they notice their handicapped customers and make sure they get what they need. so super sweet… tracy, chris and anne were extremely helpful as well as all the others. since it is hard for me to handle food i asked people in the meat dept for extra help, packing my meat orders in single serve packs etc…, they acted like i was doing them a favor. the first thing i noticed is the people from calimesa are amazingly helpfull and kind. and amazing emplyees… first i am handicapped and every time i am there someone and sometimes many empolyees asks if i need help… and gives it freely if i say i need it. Great food value… the best of all the major chains. We should not be treated or discriminated in anyway ! Please management work on this!!! It is very crucial. If they don’t like their job then they should not work there! Management needs to hire friendly people! Excellent customer service is a must! Us consumers work very hard to buy food four our families. They also throw the food in the bags with bad attitude and scan or punch keys in a horrible way. The cashiers make me feel so uncomfortable when they find out that I got a wrong thing. I always end up with the wrong brand or something like that. So it makes it very difficult for me to choose the correct Wic product. For example the Wic labels in the shelf are all over the place and some don’t even have one.

They are not Wic friendly with their products.

I get dirty looks from cashiers every time I take my vouchers out. They are extremely rude and judge mental ! I am a mother of two children and I currently receive Wic. I always feel very tense when ever I go into the line with the cashiers. I feel like I am always doing something wrong in there.
